Description
- Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and by answering or directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, audio, or other data.
- Reads, research, reviews, verifies, and routes correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
- Drafts, revises, and edits letters and other written documents, and collects and analyzes information.
- Provides administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Manages and maintains legal files, both in physical and electronic formats.
- Records and documents meeting discussions, maintain transcripts, and documents.
- Task that may be assigned from time to time by your immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business
- Administration, Communications, or any related field (preferred)
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Has ease in operating all necessary office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Works closely with Attorney
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
- Amenable to work at Cubao, Quezon City
