Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Drive executives to meetings, appointments, and official activities using defensive driving techniques.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, safety inspections, and general maintenance (oil, fuel, tires) of the assigned vehicle.
• Route Planning: Research routes, monitor traffic, and determine the most efficient travel plan.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Protect the privacy of executives and uphold confidentiality regarding conversations or business affairs.
• Professionalism & Courtesy: Act as a representative of the company with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Log Management: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
