Supports daily human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

 Familiar and in-depth knowledge in Dole Rulings and Labor Law

 Can handle HR functions

 Strong organizational and time management skills

 Has ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

 Knowledgeable in government mandated benefits systems

 Graduate of BSBA Human Resource Management Course of BS Psychology Course

 Must have at least 3-5 years experience as HR Officer.

 With leadership and problem solving skills

 Certification like CHRA or CHRP is a plus.
