Job Requirements
  • Filipino national proficient in Portuguese and English languages.
  • Open to foreign nationals with a permanent visa.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Open for experience in shared services, BPO, or corporate finance environments
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks based on clear procedures
  • Willing to work in Quezon City.


Responsibilities
  • Process and manage Finance Operations tasks (Order-to-Cash cycle)
  • Apply receipts to open balances and correct processing errors when needed
  • Investigate unidentified payments and coordinate with relevant teams for correct posting
  • Maintain daily cash receipt records to track processing time of cash applications
  • Respond to inquiries regarding payment status and updates in Portuguese and English languages
  • Prepare and distribute regular financial reports
  • Review and update operational procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
