Marketing Specialist, Quezon City

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Schedule: Day Shift | Full-Time

Salary: PHP 50,000 55,000

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support customer engagement strategies across email, SMS, and messaging channels. The role focuses on lifecycle campaigns, customer journey management, segmentation, and analytics.

• Execute CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Viber
• Develop onboarding, retention, and re-engagement customer journeys
• Manage CRM platform operations including workflows and automations
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
• Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
• Prepare dashboards and reports for Digital and Brand teams
• Support ecommerce-triggered customer journeys

• At least 2 years of CRM, ecommerce, or digital marketing experience
• Experience using CRM or Marketing Automation tools such as Klaviyo, Braze, or HubSpot
• Experience running email and SMS campaigns end-to-end
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Shopify experience is an advantage
