Legal Secretary, Quezon City

• Responsible for the filing of all requirements needed by various government agencies in connection with incorporation of new corporations, as well as procuring business permits, payments of taxes in connections with purchases and selling of properties, reportorial requirements, and etc.
• Responsible for the personal filing/mailing of all pleadings in various courts(RTC/MTC/CA/SC)
• Secure and submit the application forms and checklists needed for the registration of new properties and payment of the real property tax due.
• Monitor the status of permit acquisition, including the remaining effectivity and subsequent renewals

• Bachelors degree in Political Science, Legal Management, or any business-related course
• Background in legal studies or law-related subjects is an advantage
• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience as a Legal Secretary is preferred
• Open to fresh graduates with strong academic background and interest in the legal field
• Familiarity with legal procedures, protocols, and court systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer use
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
