Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Reservations & Billing: Handle booking requests, cancellations, and modifications; process payments and reconcile accounts at the end of shifts.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay guest requests to housekeeping, maintenance, or management.
- Problem Resolution: Address complaints and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in the hotel management system, manage keys, and ensure the lobby is tidy.
