Warehouse Officer, Quezon City

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory monitoring, material receiving and issuance, and ensuring proper storage and documentation of construction materials, tools, and equipment. The role ensures accurate inventory records and timely coordination with project and procurement teams to support operational requirements.

• Monitor daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and releasing of materials and equipment
• Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams regarding material requests and deliveries
• Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials to prevent damage and loss
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports for management monitoring
• Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment of critical materials
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged items
• Supervise warehouse personnel and ensure efficient workflow within the warehouse area
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the warehouse facility

• Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 25 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the construction industry
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and warehouse procedures
• Experience using SAP or inventory management systems is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and monitoring skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
