Office Staff Job Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support different departments with administrative requirements and coordination of tasks.
  • Prepare reports, forms, and other documents as required by management.
  • Monitor office inventory and request supplies when necessary.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses, invoices, and receipts (if applicable).
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
