The Sales supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales and operational performance of multiple branches within the assigned cluster. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through strategic planning and execution of Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities.

Key responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring staff productivity, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Sales superviso will lead and develop branch teams, enhance customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
