Description
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate with the supplier via email and Viber for the request and follow-up checklist of products and the price list.
  • Coordinate with the Billing & Collection Department for the request sales invoice and follow-up collection list for checking.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for the tabulation request and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Department for Products, Information, and Pricelist checklist.
  • Provide and file accurate documentation of sales invoices, purchase orders, proposals, service reports, delivery receipts, photo attachments, certificate of completion, and warranty certificates.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services. Handle complaints via call and email.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle internal documents such as PCF, MRF request / Drf request, and orders.
  • Updating of Monitoring ( Pocar, Balance of Works, Proposal ).
  • Scan and organize records and documentation.
  • Follow-Up Collection.
  • Creation of Proposal.
  • Creation of Sales Order.
  • Creation of Tabulation.
  • Creation of Certificate of Completion.
  • Creation of Warranty Certificate.
  • Generate transmittal documents.
