E-Commerce Specialist, Quezon City

The E-Commerce Specialist

will be reporting directly to the Brand Manager and Chief Executive Officer and

shall perform the following functions:

• Can produce templates for quick replies, assure prompt, accurate, and on-brand

responses to all consumer questions on social media channels.

• During business hours, weekends, and holidays, customer service representatives must prioritize and respond to customer complaints about damages, refunds,

and wrong items within three hours of receipt. 

• Assist in creating and carrying out strategies to increase online sales, and keep an eye on them every day. 
• Oversee the sale and distribution of products through online shopping outlets (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok shop).
• Address and troubleshoot customer complaints recorded in time.
• Coordinate with E-commerce Key Account Managers partners on all online content and the implementation of other marketing and sales initiative. 
• Collaborate with Social media managers, Brand managers, and Fullfilment managers to work towards a merchandise sales target.
• Provide information about the products we are selling sales review date and stock levels to ensure that the supply meets demand and help prepare reports with expected revenue figures.
• Attend to all inquiries regarding product brand and customer complaints. Making sure that all product complaints and delivery complaints are properly turned over to the fulfillment team and making sure that the inquiries are politely answered.
• Data reports that include both moving and non-moving stocks that brand managers need to know must always be available.
• Report sales on a daily (includes report on gc), weekly, monthly (monthly basis includes moving and non-moving products), and annual basis.
• Reporting and filing of all sales and stock data to generate solutions and improvements for overall e-commerce processes
• Responsible in affiliate Marketing that helps the brand during campaigns and big sales.
• Responsible on processing and record all Return, Refund, Dispute and details of the monthly report based on Accounting template.
• Responsible in Hitting the Target Monthly Quota.
• Perform other tasks related to e-commerce as assigned from time to time by your superiors.
