Job Summary

The Secretary to the General Manager provides high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the General Managers office. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the General Managers calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Act as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information and provide overall administrative support

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
