Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or similar course.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role.

Extensive experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.

Proven track record in utilizing creative recruitment techniques.

Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal relationship-building skills.

High level of maturity and sense of responsibility.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

Facilitate pre-employment processing, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.

Maintain and update employee 201 files, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Encode and manage employee information in HR systems or databases.

Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
