Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately encode delivery details such as dates, quantities, items, and destinations into the system
  • Cross-check delivery receipts, invoices, and related documents against encoded data
  • Maintain organized records of all delivery transactions (both digital and physical)
  • Coordinate with the Branch or Accounting for data verification and updates
  • Identify and report any inconsistencies or errors in delivery data
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document handling
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company records


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related or any course
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and friendly attitude
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply!
