What Youll Do

Own Strategy &

Performance

• Lead end-to-end paid media strategy aligned with client growth goals
• Design scalable campaign structures, funnels, and audience strategies
• Drive performance improvements across all stages of the customer journey

Execute & Optimize at a High Level

• Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
• Continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
• Identify performance gaps and implement data-backed solutions

Lead Testing & Experimentation

• Build structured A/B testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Launch and manage high-impact experiments to unlock growth opportunities
• Turn insights into repeatable, scalable strategies

Translate Data into Growth

• Analyze metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversions
• Create clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Build reports and dashboards that drive decision-making

Collaborate & Influence

• Work closely with creatives, growth strategists, and developers
• Provide direction on ad creatives and messaging based on performance
• Present strategies and results confidently to internal teams and clients

Scale What Works

• Identify winning campaigns and scale the efficiently
• Recommend budget allocation and channelprioritization
• Continuously explore new tools, channels, and growth opportunities

What Were Looking For

• 35+ years experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital strategy
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns and delivering strong ROI
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid media platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy
• Experience managing multiple clients or accounts (agency experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
