  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
  • Greet and engage customers as they arrive at the dealership, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations for vehicles based on their budget, lifestyle, and preferences.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer referrals.
  • Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages to nurture leads and close deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner.


  • Sales Process Management:
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to customers.
  • Conduct test drives with customers, ensuring they have a positive and informative experience.
  • Prepare and present vehicle quotes, explaining pricing, terms, and available promotions or incentives.
  • Negotiate vehicle pricing, trade-in values, and financing terms to close sales while ensuring profitability for the dealership.
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance department to assist customers in securing financing and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Finalize vehicle sales, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.


  • Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership's product offerings, including vehicles, features, options, and pricing.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to better serve customers.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge through training and dealership resources.


  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Actively prospect for new customers through various channels, including cold calling, internet leads, social media, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential buyers to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Attend dealership events, trade shows, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.


  • Sales Goals & Performance Tracking:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Track and report sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics using the dealership's CRM or sales management system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership sales objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Present and explain the dealership's financing options, warranties, and after-sales services to customers.
  • Handle negotiations effectively, overcoming objections and securing favorable terms for both the customer and dealership.
  • Close sales in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.


  • Administrative Duties:
  • Ensure all sales documentation, including customer contracts, trade-in appraisals, and financing agreements, is completed accurately and submitted promptly.
  • Update customer information in the dealership's CRM system to track progress through the sales funnel.
  • Assist with vehicle inventory management, ensuring proper display of vehicles and accurate inventory levels.


  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team, service department, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and stay updated on dealership promotions and product offerings.


  • Other Duties:
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing the dealership positively at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining dealership facilities, ensuring the showroom is neat and inviting for customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Sales Manager, General Manager, and HR Department.
