Service Desk Transformation Manager

Were looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Service Desk Transformation Manager to drive innovation and elevate service desk operations through modern technologies and strategic solutions.

What Youll Do:

• Lead transformation initiatives for Service Desk operations, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and enhanced user experience
• Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Support presales activities by contributing to solution design and client presentations (a plus)

What Were Looking For:

• 68 years of solid experience in IT Service Desk, with a strong focus on transformation and process improvement
• Proven background in consulting, automation, and solution design
• Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and related AI frameworks is highly desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelors degree in IT or a related field

Work Setup & Flexibility:

• Willing to work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
