Media Manager, Quezon City

AS AN ASSOCIATE MEDIA MANAGER, YOU WILL BE:

THE CAMPAIGN LEAD

Support in developing media plans aligned with client objectives and budgets.

Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization

across platforms.

Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and within budget.

Continuously optimize campaigns based on real-time data and performance insights.

Proactively identify risks and recommend performance improvements.

THE PERFORMANCE DRIVER

Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery against agreed targets (reach, engagement,

conversions, ROAS, etc.)

Conduct in-depth performance analysis and translate findings into clear next steps.

Champion testing frameworks and innovation across accounts. Ensure proper tracking,

tagging, and data integrity across platforms.

THE TEAM BUILDER

Guide and mentor Media Specialists and Analysts on campaign setup, optimization, and

reporting best practices.

Review outputs before submission to ensure quality and accuracy.

Provide coaching and real-time feedback to strengthen technical and analytical skills.

Help manage workload distribution and ensure team members are supported and

meeting deadlines.

Contribute to performance evaluations and professional development conversations.

Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team environment.

THE CLIENT PARTNER

Prepare insightful reports and presentations that go beyond numbers and highlight

strategic recommendations.

Confidently present performance updates and optimization plans to clients.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Creatives, Strategy, and Accounts teams to ensure

cohesive execution.

Act as a reliable point of contact for campaign-related concerns and escalations.

Have strong hands-on experience with:

o Social Media Advertising Tools (TikTok Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

o Google Ads

o Programmatic Advertising Platforms and DSPs

o Google Analytics

o Data and Insights Platforms

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Have experience mentoring or guiding junior team members

Can balance performance delivery with people leadership

Communicate clearly and confidently with both clients and internal teams

Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines

Open to work onsite if needed, with flexibility to work remotely
