Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting/Finance Specialist to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, preparing reports, reconciling bank accounts, assisting with payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents

Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Monitor invoices, payments, and collections

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy

Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports

Support payroll processing and tax compliance

Assist with internal and external audits

Review company expenses and resolve accounting discrepancies

Coordinate with other departments regarding financial concerns and reports

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

At least 1 year of accounting or finance experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and problem-solving skills
