Role Overview

We are seeking a genuine and highly dependable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to two senior executives. This role requires constant availability, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of integrity. The successful candidate should be someone who thrives in a high-trust environment and can seamlessly adapt to the dynamic needs of two senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance to two executives.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with excellent communication standards.
• Serve as a trusted liaison, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
• Be on call and available onsite to address urgent requirements.
• Drive executives when necessary and assist in logistical coordination.

Qualifications:

• Must be a resident of Laguna or Cavite for proximity and availability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Must be able to drive and hold a valid drivers license.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Prior experience in executive support or administrative management is an advantage.
