Description

The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for supporting the accounting department with various tasks related to financial record-keeping, reconciliation, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role includes assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with accounting policies.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper matching with purchase orders and receipts
  • Handle timely payments to vendors while maintaining complete and organized transaction records
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and reconcile account statements
  • Support financial reporting, audits, and month-end closing while ensuring compliance with company policies


What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (Certified Public Accountant is an advantage). Or any related course
  • Experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to report on-site in Libis, Quezon City
