Marketing Director, Quezon City

The Marketing Director is responsible for the overall strategy, execution, control, and performance of all marketing activities across Cosmetix Unlimited (CU) and its portfolio of brands.

The role ensures:

• Alignment between Brand Managers and Marketing Manager of CU
• Effective execution across all marketing channels and platforms
• Strong coordination with Sales and Retail teams to drive revenue
• Achievement of overall company sales targets
• Directly accountable for hitting the overall sales targets of the organization, through effective planning, execution, and alignment of all marketing and commercial activities.
• Serves as the final authority for all marketing-related decisions, including strategy, execution, budget allocation, and issue resolution.
• Must have at least 8 years experience in the cosmetics industry
