  • Lead Generation: Pro actively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, and market research.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets to identify where our solutions provide the most value.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients; nurture leads from initial contact to the Sales team.
  • Strategic Networking: Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represents the brand and find new partnership avenues
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, lead statuses, and contact information.


Job Requirements
  • At least with 1 yr of related experience
  • Knowledgeable in Modular Fabrication and familiar with Furniture
  • With Technical knowledge in structural works is a plus
  • Willing to do field work around metro manila
  • Willing to do clerical works such as admin works ( e.g. liquidations, etc.)
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
  • Good English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Can extend long hours if needed
