As a Media and Performance Strategist, your goal is to bring the right ads to the right people, making refreshing connections between brands and their intended audiences. You will take on refreshing perspectives on work and craft.

JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design paid media campaigns that solve business challenges using data-driven insights and the best digital tools. 

Set realistic campaign goals based on budget, timelines, and key factors

Get the inside scoop on assigned brands, their competitors, and target consumers. 

Level up on your understanding of media metrics to expertly analyze campaign performance. 

Crunch the numbers and identify ways to further boost success. 

Create stunning reports and data visuals that tell the story of what went down and what can be done. 

Deliver compelling, easy-to-understand presentations for both your team and clients.

You need to have mad skills on:  

o Social Media Advertising Tools (TikTok Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.) o Google Ads 

o Programmatic Advertising Platforms, DSPs 

o Google Analytics  

o Data and Insights Platforms  

Confident in teaming up with both external partners and internal squads.

A natural at speaking clearly and making an impact. 

Can break down complex ideas and explain them in simple ways. 

Open to work onsite if needed, but otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
