We're looking for a passionate and personable Concierge to join our team in Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is seamless and memorable.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service
• Assist guests with reservations, transportation, and recommendations for local attractions and activities
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the facilities, services, and the surrounding area
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Manage the front desk and handle cash and credit card transactions
