Qualifications:

• New graduates looking to start a career in healthcare are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field but with a science background is an advantage.
• Candidate must possess a degree in Medical Science (Nursing, Biology, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Sports Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Applied Physics, Food Technology)
• Proficient in relevant computer software such as Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office applications. Must be knowledgeable in the creation of marketing materials, lay outing, and designs.
• With SAP experience is an advantage.
• Must be a team player who can handle diversity and uniqueness of each person.
• With experience dealing with medical equipment, supplies, and laboratory reagents is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• In charge of all sales admin transactions for various accounts and projects.
• Issue pick lists and coordinate with accounts and projects for the delivery and preventive maintenance of items.
• In-charge of successful preparation of conventions, workshops and the like.
• Process supplier accreditation required by clients.
• Monitor all approved sales orders and service orders; ensure all sales admin transactions are properly documented and filed per client.
