Key Responsibilities:

1. KOL Strategy Development

Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok influencer marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives, local market trends, and consumer insights.

Plan marketing campaigns that effectively boost engagement, brand awareness, and conversion, with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.

2. KOL Research & Identification

Identify and collaborate with Thai TikTok influencersboth top-tier and microwho align with the brand's values, target audience, and goals.

Stay up to date with TikTok trends and emerging influencers to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the platform.

3. Campaign Execution & Management

Lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing, content creation, final delivery, and performance analysis.

Ensure that influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and overall marketing strategy.

4. Collaboration & Negotiation

Negotiate contract terms, collaboration details, and compensation with influencers and influencer agencies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

Work closely with internal teams (creative, PR, marketing) to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into the broader marketing strategy.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor the performance of TikTok influencer campaigns, track key metrics (such as engagement, reach, conversion), and optimize strategies accordingly.

Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, ROI, and influencer impact analysis.

6. Community Building

Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to foster loyalty and secure ongoing collaborations.

Participate in community management, engage with influencers' audiences, and ensure a positive brand reputation.

7. Market & Competitor Insights

Monitor competitors' influencer marketing strategies on TikTok and analyze trends in influencer marketing within the Thai digital landscape.

Use data and insights to continuously improve and adjust influencer marketing strategies.


Requirements:

1. Have experience in KOL influencer marketing or influencer management on the TikTok channel (certification required). Familiarity with the TikTok ecosystem is preferred, with existing experience and resources in cooperating with KOLs in the Vietnamese market.

2. Have an in-depth understanding of trends, hot topics, features and best practices of the TikTok platform.

3. Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills.

4. Be creative and able to think out of the box to create viral content.

5. Be proficient in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).

6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

7. Have working experience with brands in the lifestyle, fashion or e-commerce industries.

8. Have ready-made connections and resources with TikTok influencers in Vietnam.
