Assistant Manager – OPS Travel (Corporate Travel), Quezon City

We are hiring Assistant Managers for our Corporate Travel Operations team. This role requires strong expertise in GDS systems, corporate travel account management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in ticketing while managing a team of complex itinerary specialists and ensuring delivery of KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of L2 (complex itinerary-trained) travel consultants
• Act as a ticketing SME to assist team members and intervene when necessary
• Ensure team meets KPI/SLA targets
• Supervise team operations and handle administrative functions
• Lead and participate in conference calls confidently
• Deliver results through effective team management
• Produce dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel and other tools
• Handle conflict management and provide analytical insights

Minimum Qualifications

• Mandatory: Experience using GDS Cryptic/Native commands
• Required: Recent or current experience in a Corporate Travel account
• At least 23 years of team management experience in Corporate Travel
• Experience managing teams handling complex itineraries
• Exposure to at least one additional GDS system
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results through people
• Strong analytical and conflict management skills
• Experience in companies handling Corporate Travel accounts
