To strengthen our branch operations, we are seeking an Office Admin who can handle notarial duties while assisting with driving school enrollment, registration, and insurance services.


Role Summary

The role covers office administration, notarial support, and customer assistance across multiple services. Training will be provided if the candidate is college-level but eager to learn.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle notarial functions and documentation
  • Assist with driving school enrollment and scheduling
  • Support registry and insurance transactions (TPL, Comprehensive)
  • Provide branch-level administrative support
  • Organize and maintain files of the branches (Driving School, Notary, Insurance)
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation and compliance
  • Looking for prospective clients for insurances maybe required


Qualifications

  • College-level or graduate (any course, admin experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of notarial/documentation processes an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and pleasing personality
  • Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and trustworthy
