Key duties include training staff, handling escalated issues, reporting, and ensuring branch upkeep, requiring leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 12 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service; experience with private sector clients is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify and humanize technical information
- Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic analytics
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willing to assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City and Quezon City
- Can start asap
