Brand Specialist, Quezon City

Responsibilities:

Daily operations, staff supervision, sales, and customer service, stepping in as acting manager when needed, focusing on achieving targets, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining operational efficiency from transactions to inventory management. Key duties include training staff, handling escalated issues, reporting, and ensuring branch upkeep, requiring leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

• Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 12 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service; experience with private sector clients is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to simplify and humanize technical information
• Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic analytics
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willing to assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City and Quezon City
