TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT:
Assess organizational development needs and identify skill gaps across departments by collaborating with department heads, managers, and supervisors. Recommend tailored learning and development strategies to address these needs.
Facilitate the design, implementation, and delivery of employee training programs, seminars, and workshops.
Oversee all training logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, sourcing of training providers, and coordination with participants.
Ensure proper documentation of all training activities and prepare post-training evaluation reports, including participant feedback and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop and implement a comprehensive 30-day onboarding program for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture and values in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
Support the HR Manager in performance management initiatives, including KPIs, to foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
Organize learning events, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee wellness and engagement, coordinating with the Employee Relations team to support related initiatives.
RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION SUPPORT:
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to actively support recruitment efforts, from job postings to candidate selection, ensuring that the right talent is brought into the organization.
Help identify and attract top talent by engaging with external recruitment partners, networking events, and social media platforms.
Assist with the interview and selection process, providing insights and recommendations to ensure alignment with both technical and cultural fit within the organization.
REPORTING AND RECORD-KEEPING:
Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports on training activities and achievements, showcasing the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives.
Maintain and regularly update training records in both the HRIS database and employee 201 files for compliance and reporting purposes.
Administer the training bond agreement in accordance with company policy, reviewing cost matrices for both local and international training programs, and issuing Training Service Agreements when needed.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Human Resources and Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Experience / Technical Knowledge:
At least five (5) years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or a similar HR-related field.
Proven ability to facilitate training sessions and deliver presentations with confidence.
Strong skills in evaluating program effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
