• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and acquire new clients in industries requiring staffing solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR directors, hiring managers, and MSP/VMS program managers.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate service agreements, billing rates, and contract terms, ensuring profitability.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure timely talent fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor staffing market trends, competitor activity, and new technology developments.
•  Analyze existing store performance, sales data, and foot traffic to maximize profitability.
• Account Management: Manage relationships with retail partners, food chains, or service providers, conducting quarterly business reviews.
• In-Store Promotions: Develop local marketing initiatives, merchandising plans, and campaigns to boost tenant sales.
• Category Management: Propose new product lines, services, or revenue streams to enhance the retail experience.
