- Attend and resolve employee concerns, complaints and issues
- Manage and update 201 files, personal records and documents
- Handle attendance, leave and schedule monitoring
- Assist in disciplinary actions, warnings and investigations
- Prepare letters, memos and HR reports
- Process clearances, exit interviews and end of contract
- Maintain good relationship and communication with all staff
- Assist in other HR admin tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Preferably female with Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources
- Experience in handling employee relations is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with HR Admin & Employee Relations experience are welcome to apply
- Willing to do field work when needed
- Computer literate and MS office proficient
- With good oral & written communication skills
- Willing to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Willing to report in Marikina office when needed
