Portuguese Accounts Receivable Specialist, Quezon City

Position: Portuguese Accounts Receivable Specialist

Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Quezon City

Salary: Php 80,000

Work Schedule: Night shift

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3-5 days onsite per month)

Job Requirements:

Filipino national proficient in Portuguese and English languages.

Open to foreign nationals with a permanent visa.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Open for experience in shared services, BPO, or corporate finance environments

Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks based on clear procedures

Willing to work in Quezon City.

Job Responsibilities:

Process and manage Finance Operations tasks (Order-to-Cash cycle)

Apply receipts to open balances and correct processing errors when needed

Investigate unidentified payments and coordinate with relevant teams for correct posting

Maintain daily cash receipt records to track processing time of cash applications

Respond to inquiries regarding payment status and updates in Portuguese and English languages

Prepare and distribute regular financial reports

Review and update operational procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
