Officer in Charge, Quezon City

The Officer-in-Charge is responsible for overseeing all construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. They act as the top authority on-site or across multiple projects.

• Supervise multiple construction projects from planning to completion
• Ensure schedules, budgets, and scope are followed
• Resolve major on-site issues and delays

• Manage project managers, engineers, supervisors, and contractors
• Assign responsibilities and monitor performance
• Lead coordination between departments (design, procurement, operations)

• Develop construction strategies and execution plans
• Review blueprints, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations

• Approve project budgets and expenditures
• Monitor costs and implement cost-saving measures
• Handle financial reporting related to construction

• Enforce safety regulations and site protocols
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and laws
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and investors
• Provide progress updates and reports
• Handle negotiations and high-level decision-making

• Ensure construction meets required standards and specifications
• Approve materials and workmanship
• Conduct inspections and final project approvals

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Extensive experience ( 5-10+ years) in construction
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of construction laws, safety standards, and project management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Combination of office work and on-site supervision
• May oversee multiple sites simultaneously
• Often involves long hours and high responsibility
