Procurement Specialist, Quezon City

• With at least 5 years of work experience in Procurement
• Responsible for procurement of company equipment and supplies according to the specifications and price provided by the requesting party
• Verifies purchase requisitions and comparing the requested items on the master lists files for on-hand items
• In the absence of available information on the master list, conducts canvass of prices from at least two (3) suppliers.
• Prepare the purchase orders by verifying specifications and price and if unavailable, obtain recommendations from supplier for substitute items upon approval of the requesting officer
• Ensure that items delivered are in conformance to the specifications and quantity of items ordered from supplier/s
• Prepare payment of purchased items to Finance upon submission of necessary documents from the supplier
• Issuance of asset/control number for newly purchased tools, equipment, PPE etc.
• Accurately updating all the data in the computer and manual recording system
• Assist in warehouse Operation through proper packaging of outgoing goods to client in coordination with Warehouse Representative
• Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods if Warehouse Representative are not available
• Maintain clean and safe working environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and work station neat
• Create a database of invoices, purchase orders, quote requests, vendors or supplier contracts, and updating it as needed
• Tracking and maintaining the status orders, and reporting any delivery issues to affected requestor
• Responding to emergency requests and expediting orders as needed

Monday - Head Office

Tuesday - Friday (Field)
