Position: Aircon Sales Manager

Work Location: Quezon City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00pm)

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 gross

Work Set Up: Working onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)

Board Passer / Licensed Engineer is a plus

With at least 10 to 15 years of work experience in channel sales (technical selling an advantage) in manufacturing or service-oriented industry

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset.

Adaptable to changing market conditions and business priorities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Led and developed the Applied Sales Division, including Sales Managers, Engineers, and Technical Sales Specialists.

Reported directly to Country Head / General Manager.

Directed cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Service, Operations, Finance, and Product Management.

Owned strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and applied business performance reporting.

Oversaw major project negotiations, commercial strategy, and risk management.
