Purchasing Manager, Quezon City

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects. This role ensures cost efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Plan, organize, and oversee procurement activities for construction projects
• Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement schedules
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project managers and site engineers
• Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards
• Track and control procurement budgets and expenses
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Resolve supply chain issues, delays, and disputes
• Collaborate with finance for payment processing and cost tracking

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and suppliers
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
