Inventory: Unpacking product orders, ensuring racks are stocked, and managing returns

Store maintenance: Cleaning and restocking the store, and helping with the store opening and closing process

Customer feedback: Providing feedback to the store manager

Security: Alerting management of potential security issues

Visual merchandising: Designing

Job Requirements

College level is preferred, or at least high school level.

At least 1 year of sales experience in sports items is required, or at least in fashion or shoes.

Good effective communicator.

Good developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.

Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.

Commitment to continuous learning.

Good in sales analysis.

Has good decision-making skills.
