Admin & Finance Manager, Quezon City

Job Description:

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the company by managing accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning. The role includes leading the finance team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management decision-making.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with local taxation, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Provide financial guidance to support operational and strategic planning.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required; non-CPA applicants are welcome to apply.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in accounting and finance functions, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting/ERP systems.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment in Quezon City.
