Retail Manager (Mobile / Consumer Electronics)

• Drive retail performance by identifying operational gaps, optimizing store processes, and implementing data-driven strategies to accelerate sales growth and profitability.
• Lead end-to-end execution of key retail initiatives, including new store openings, product launches, in-store activations, and POSM deployment to ensure strong brand visibility and market impact.
• Develop and localize visual merchandising (VM) and retail operation standards aligned with brand guidelines; ensure consistent execution across all stores to deliver a premium and unified customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with e-commerce and digital marketing teams to build a seamless omnichannel (O2O) experience, leveraging online traffic and campaigns to drive offline conversion.
• Analyze retail KPIs (sell-out, traffic, conversion, ATV, etc.) and provide actionable insights to continuously improve store performance.

• Minimum of 5+ year experience in retail operations within mobile, consumer electronics, or a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in driving sales growth and operational excellence.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives across different regions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
