Corporate Finance Assistant Manager in Bailntawak upto 80k

-Financial Modeler

Main function is to perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and budgeting. He/She shall also assist the team in providing timely delivery of relevant, complete, and accurate information to top management, shareholders, lenders, credit agencies, and regulators.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: 

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Accountancy / Finance / Economics, or equivalent

Experience:

Assistant Manager: At least five (5) years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and/or accounting.

Licenses:

Certified Public Accountant

Others: 

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

FINANCIAL PLANNING & BUDGETING

• Preparation of financial forecast such as annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, 5Y plans, and long-term strategic financial projections
• Conduct variance analysis and trend monitoring to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Consolidate various financial data and collaborate with business units, other departments, and the Head Office, as needed
• Track macroeconomic and industry trends to inform financial forecasts and business strategy
• Ensure all financial reporting adheres to IFRS/PFRS standards and internal company policies
• Preparation of the financing plan and calculation of periodic toll rate petitions
• Preparation of financial models

CORPORATE PLANNING AND INVESTOR RELATIONS

• Prepare / Consolidate management reports and presentation slides to shareholders during Board meetings
• Prepare relevant information and analysis of the company's financial and operational performance as required on a periodic basis by the top management
• Prepare a financial model for impairment testing as may be required by the external auditor
• Manage compliance with various regulatory requirements of the shareholders and regulators
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior(s)
