Description

Responsible in mobilization of customers vehicle from receiving, production and releasing.
Acknowledge, provide, assistance to guide incoming vehicle entering in Service Reception driveway.
Arrange and park customers' units inside the Service Workshop and parking area.
Pick-up and deliver units to and from customers location whenever needed.
Responsible in providing detailed checklist on customer's vehicle for servicing and other vehicles as needed.
Act as one of the final QC to conduct inspection of the vehicle cleanliness prior to releasing.
Assist in transferring other vehicles and proper endorsement of repair from one section to another.
Ensure proper personal hygiene while on duty.
Observed honesty, courtesy, conscious in operation and professionalism at work.
Avoid prolonged conversation with customers to be more productive.
Endorse customers should he/she demand further inquiry and assistance.
Participates in various Kaizen activities and 5S Programs.
Ensure all valuables & personal items of the servicing customers are surrender accordingly.
