Account Coordinator, Quezon City

Metro Tiles, Inc. is a licensed importer, wholesaler and retail, distributing tile merchandise nationwide to residential projects and high rise commercial projects. Our product lines comes from China and Italy's biggest suppliers who share the same vision for excellence and houses a workforce of experts in the field of architecture and design.

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Expediting requests rush orders and changing sales orders and shipping information as required
• Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products when Account Executives are on field.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material/sample/swatch.
• Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
• Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for Account Executives and Branch Sales Head.
• Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client meetings, showroom visit.
• Working with staff members from other departments such as Marketing, Warehouse/Logistics/Fabrication, Systems/IT and Finance to optimize sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in any field with proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, basic spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
• Strong reputation for integrity, values and character.
• Can start ASAP.
