Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies regarding deliveries and shipment schedules.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
  • Supervise warehouse personnel and oversee daily warehouse operations.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storage, and release of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Technical teams regarding material requirements.
  • Prepare operational reports related to logistics and warehouse activities.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company policies.
  • Serve as System Administrator for operational transactions and basic system support.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 24 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations management.
  • Experience in SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to supervise personnel and manage operational processes.
