Job Title: Culture & Organizational Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Culture & Organizational Development Specialist to drive employee engagement, foster an inclusive workplace, and support organizational growth initiatives. This role will focus on strengthening company culture, implementing development programs, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support organizational development strategies to improve performance and workplace effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and team development activities.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives.
• Partner with HR and leadership teams to align culture strategies with business goals.
• Conduct assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions to identify improvement areas.
• Develop and deliver training programs related to culture, leadership, and employee development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 35 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or culture/coaching roles.
• Experience in a BPO or customer experience (CX) services organization is preferred.
• Strong understanding of organizational development principles and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) or cultural competency training.
• Experience in leading culture transformation initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
