Sales and Marketing Supervisor, Quezon City

Responsible for the overall performance, motivation, and discipline of team members in order to meet corporate sales objectives of the company and to achieve customer satisfaction. Recommends tactical (such as but not limited to correct technical recommendation and pricing) and strategic directions to the Sales Manager that would effectively cater a professional and excellent level of customer service to the new and existing customers.

Qualifications:

1. Must have a College/Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing/Engineering or any related course

2. Must have at least three (3) years working experience in team supervision and management, and one (1) year experience in the same industry

3. Must have a pleasing personality

4. Must have proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team

5. Must have extensive experience in developing marketing and sales strategies

6. Must have excellent oral and written communication, persuasion and negotiation skills

7. Must be analytical enough to interpret sales performance and market trend information

8. Must have advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills

9. Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheet and presentation applications
