Job Title: Social Media Staff / MMA (Page management, Content & Copywriting)

Job Summary:

Responsible for creating engaging social media content, including captions, copy, and basic visual content ideas. Supports the marketing and creative team in managing brand presence across digital platforms and ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling captions, copy, and content for social media posts and campaigns
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives
• Assist in planning and scheduling social media content calendars
• Collaborate with designers and multimedia teams for post execution
• Monitor social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas
• Engage with online audiences when needed (comments, messages, basic community management)
• Support performance tracking and basic reporting of social media posts

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and aware of current digital trends
• Basic knowledge of Canva or content tools is an advantage
