Job Title: Administrative Staff
Job Summary:
Provides administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced advertising and creative environment. Assists project teams with coordination, documentation, and office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and creative assets documentation
- Assist in scheduling meetings, client presentations, and internal briefings
- Coordinate with creative, multimedia, and digital teams for administrative needs
- Handle emails, calls, and general inquiries professionally
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
- Support basic project tracking and reporting tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with creative or digital agency work is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
