Job Title: Administrative Staff


Job Summary:

Provides administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced advertising and creative environment. Assists project teams with coordination, documentation, and office management tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and creative assets documentation
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, client presentations, and internal briefings
  • Coordinate with creative, multimedia, and digital teams for administrative needs
  • Handle emails, calls, and general inquiries professionally
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
  • Support basic project tracking and reporting tasks


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Familiarity with creative or digital agency work is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
